Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose and publisher
These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the sales concluded on the gelfighter.com website, operated by MeedWise (SASU, 59 rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris; contact@gelfighter.com). Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. Products
The products offered are recreational gel bead toys, recommended from age 14, to be used with eye protection and under adult supervision. Photographs and descriptions are provided for information only and have no strict contractual value.
3. Prices
Prices are stated in euros. The applicable VAT is calculated automatically at the time of payment (via Stripe Tax) based on the delivery country. Any shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
4. Order
The order becomes firm once payment is confirmed; a summary is provided. MeedWise reserves the right to refuse or cancel any abnormal order, any order made in bad faith, or in the event that the product is unavailable.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via Stripe (bank cards and wallets). Payment data is processed directly by Stripe; MeedWise does not have access to your full bank details.
6. Delivery

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason, subject to the legal exceptions (see "Shipping & returns"). Return costs remain your responsibility unless stated otherwise or in the case of a defective product.
8. Legal guarantees
Independently of any commercial warranty, the products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and seq. of the French Civil Code).
9. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint may be sent to contact@gelfighter.com. In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute [mediator to be designated before going live]. 10. Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; failing that, the statutory rules of jurisdiction apply.
