2. Data collected
We collect the data necessary to process your order: identity (name), contact details (email, delivery address) and order details. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your bank details.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used to fulfil your order (basis: performance of the contract), to comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting obligations (basis: legal obligation) and, where applicable, to send you communications with your consent (basis: consent) or on the basis of our legitimate interest.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is shared only with the providers necessary to the service: Stripe (payment), Resend (transactional emails) and Vercel / Neon (hosting of the site and the database). They act as processors and use your data only for these purposes.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (for example Vercel, Stripe) may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).
6. Retention period
Data linked to an order is kept for as long as necessary for its fulfilment, then archived in accordance with the applicable legal periods, in particular accounting and tax periods [exact retention periods to be confirmed with a lawyer].
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data. You may exercise them at contact@gelfighter.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country.
8. Cookies and local storage
The site uses local storage for the cart and a language cookie, strictly necessary for its operation. No advertising tracker or third-party analytics tool is used, which does not require a consent banner for these elements.
