Shipping & returns

1. Delivery areas
We deliver to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Germany.
2. Times and costs
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before payment. Standard delivery is free from 60 € of purchase.
3. Order tracking
A confirmation email is sent after the order. Tracking information is provided as soon as the order is shipped.
4. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unused product, in its original packaging. Write to contact@gelfighter.com to start a return. Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product.
5. Refund
The refund is made within 14 days after receipt of the return (or of proof of shipment), using the same means of payment as the one used when placing the order.
6. Hygiene products
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, products unsealed after delivery (for example eye protection) may not be taken back, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
